We are getting close to end of the year Holiday Season. We all know these times can be triggering if we  have loved ones battling addiction. This Podcast takes a walk into understanding what triggers may arise, and what we can do to be more in touch with our emotions as we navigate loving our Family Member and recognizing the battle with substance use disorders.
